The growing #SelmaforStudents project has made it possible for students to see the powerful and inspiring film Selma. Organizers are now raising money to provide complimentary tickets to Washington, D.C. students. Starting now, just in time for Martin Luther King Jr. Day weekend, students can present school ID at five theaters in the D.C. area for free admission.
The tickets will be available for as long as the organizers can fund them.
